Make a list of the problems you see and keep the list somewhere where you can continually update it. Look for areas of the drywall that need repair, uneven areas that can only be seen when the light hits them “just so”.
Keep an eye on the finishing work, on tiles that crack and on cracks in the paint that appear after the house has been through the first winter feeze and thaw.
